Dear Friends, As you know, I’m passionate about animals and help to run Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association, a no-kill registered charity. In 2009 VOKRA saved over 1400 kittens and adult cats from starvation, disease and misery. On September 11th, my kids and I will be Walking for the Kitties. My personal goal is to raise $2000. The plan is to help them to fine-tune their research proposals and to start the fieldwork required for their MSc degrees. It will give the station a buzz of life again.
