Our mission is to support, develop and empower young people aged 13-24 living with cancer through a national peer support network coupled with professional, educational and recreational programs.

My mother is my biggest inspiration; she taught me so much about life and love. For you, mommy, I will walk 5km for the Multiple Myeloma March on October 17th 2010. And for all the other mothers, and fathers, and sisters and friends out there living with multiple myeloma, I will be one of the thousands of people that will help in advancing research to find the cure and help all those who have this cancer, live a better life. We are writing you today to ask for your support to help me fight Carcinoid Cancer. Carcinoid is a slow-growing type of neuroendocrine tumour, originating in the cells of the neuroendocrine system. There is an estimated 12,000 Canadians affected by carcinoid cancer but only approximately 2,000 are diagnosed. On Saturday, September 25th, the 2010 CNETS Walk & BBQ will take place. This is a 5km walk and will be held between 10am to 12 noon, followed by a BBQ from 11:30 to 14:00.

CFCF, an accomplished, award-winning, fast paced, non-profit cancer foundation, is looking for individuals who are interested in social media and advocacy to aid in our outreach efforts.
